Lyons – Roulette N°10 Dot 45

Lyons – Roulette N°10 Dot 45 is a coarse grain roulette wheel featuring a stipple pattern and straight shaft. The gauge has 45 dots per inch (DPI).

The 6mm diameter roulette wheel is held with a fork and is 4.5mm wide.

The straight roulette is used in intaglio printmaking to create areas of tonality on your metal place. This is achieved by carefully rolling the tool in different directions over your zinc or copper plate, layering coarse dots to create areas that will hold ink.
