Charbonnel Green Intaglio Inks

Our green intaglio inks are all made from phthalocyanine pigments. These pigments are transparent, offering a good colouring power. They are also very stable.

The average drying time for our greens is about 10 days. However, this varies depending on the colour.

Charbonnel Etching Ink

Our Etching Ink is 100% natural and non toxic. Every colour is highly pigmented, delivering impressive covering power even after dilution.

Like oil paints, Charbonnel inks absorb oxygen to dry. Depending on the colour, the drying time is between 2 and 3 weeks.

Ink Features:
– Linseed oil based binder
– Additive free intaglio inks
– Wash with oil or solvent
– Made in France

Our inks have been trusted by artists throughout time, from Renoir, Degas, Lautrec and Picasso to present day masters Rauschenberg, Hockney, Diebenkorn and Thiebaud.
